谢谢天天妈妈和闽瑞妈妈的帮助,使得我们的中文乐园开始和一直在工作.

 

今天与大家联系,是要检讨我这一段的工作.我正常工作的时间是8am-6pm.但是有一个孩子的妈妈需要帮助,所以我7:30am开门工作;因为同样的原因,结束工作时间在6:30pm.

 

1. 我应该有能力为家长提供放心的安全环境,但是这段时间做的有缺欠,主要是5pm-6pm这段时间的管理不够.天气开始暖和,孩子们在外面玩的时间比冬季长,这个时间同时又是”pick up”时间,时常显得混乱.请家长监督和帮助我们A)关好大门B)看护每个孩子.

2.请在接到孩子后签名(恢复”sign up”的制度).

3. 在家长接完孩子后,请在正常时间内离开,并关好大门.

Today i am contacting everyone to rate my own work this past term.  While our usual hours are from 8am-6pm, due to special needs of certain students, I ave been opening early at 7:30am, and finishing later, usually closing up after 6:30pm.

1)  I strive to provide a safe and secure environment for the parents feel confident that the children are safe.  I realise that we still need some work in imporving, especially during the period between 5pm-6pm which is usually when pick-ups occur.  As the weather improves, the kids will more likely be playing outside during this period so it will become even more important that all parents please help us out to avoid what could be a bit chaotic. Important points: a) please close and latch the main gate upon entering and departing.. b)  Please keep an eye out for all the kids, just in case.
2)  Most importantly, I am asking parents to PLEASE sign their child out when picking up their child so that we will have a proper record of daily attendance and departure.  This becomes especially important when multiple parents pick up simultaneously.
3) Upon picking your child up, please sign out and depart prior to closing time and PLEASE close the main gate on the way out.
